Michelle & Richie's Baby Sprinkle Invitation

My sister Michelle and her husband Richard are expecting their 2nd child in July of 2011.
Because it’s been 5 years since my nephew was born and the first grand-daughter in the family, I decided they deserved another party. Since they still kept most items from Noah and only needed a few new things; we went with calling it a “Sprinkle” instead of a “Shower”. Michelle wrote the poem on the tag and of course chose the enclosure and colors she liked from Envelopments.
Congrats Michelle & Richie! Cant wait to meet Emma Lily!!

Meghan & Stephen's Wedding Invitation Suite

Meghan & Stephen came to us, to design their invitations for their May 2011 Wedding. They chose a 5x7 Flat Card matted twice with green and blue and asked for whimsical scroll work coming out from the corners. We coordinated matching Hotel and Directional Cards along with the envelopes and Rsvp Card.

Rivertown Magazine May 2011

Paperkat Design LLC was fortunate to be presented in an article, featured in Rivertown’s May 2011 issue. It’s a local magazine for the Rockland County Area. We would like to thank Scott Bush for providing the photos of our work and Tom Riley for the story.

Marisa & Todd's Wedding Seating Chart

Marisa and Todd were recommended to us by their Wedding Photographer (and mine), Scott Bush. Although, they have already purchased their wedding invitations, they needed a designer to create a 20x30 Table Seating Chart which they were using to direct their guests to their tables instead of escort cards. Scott provided us with four of their engagement photos and this was their favorite.

Wedding Showcase -Castle on the Hudson April 2011

On April 12, 2011 my sister and I showcased our work at the Castle on the Hudson, a beautiful venue in Westchester County, NY. It was a small and intimate wedding expo which drew in only those registered at this specific venue. But we felt it was nicely paced and we got to spend more time with each bride to discuss her wedding details. We want to thank Scott for allowing us to be apart of it and hope that he invites us back next time.

Birthday Invitations -Chloe's 1st

My dear goddaughter turned one this February 2011. Originally her mom, Jennifer, was not going to have a party, so she didn't need invites. But at the last hour, she changed her mind and quickly ordered some through Snapfish. I'll forgive you this time! But she did ask me to make the tags for her lollipop favors and then create a thank you card mimicking the invite.

Christina and Ryan's Destination Wedding Invitations

Christina and Ryan came to us back in the summer of 2010 for their May wedding invitations. Destination: Jamaica. This couple was very easy going which made designing their invites a breeze and a lot of fun. They wanted colors of fuchsia, orange and green and selected two different patterns, from Envelopments original artwork, for us to play with. We gave them a variety of choices; but they went with the Magnolia pattern design. The invite was a double matted 5X7 Flat Card, with a luggage tag inspired rsvp card with recycled string looped through the top. We included a travel and accommodations card which were all held together by plain vellum wrap band. The second photo is another option we gave to the couple, which they did not choose. It had a mailable enclosure with a wrapped label, a tag for the vellum wrap with a cute saying and a postcard style rsvp card.

Birthday Invitation -Kimberly's Sweet 16

This piece was a donation from Paperkat Design. Sadly Kimberly’s mom, Ursula, passed in 2010. So the planning for her daughters Sweet 16, were put on hold.
Ursula’s friends, decided to join together to plan and pay for the Sweet 16, she and her daughter dreamed of. Our heart went out to Kimberly, especially since we knew her mom, and we too offered our services to her.
So far the largest of our invitations, Kimberly decided on a 7x7 Envelopefold Enclosure with a double matted invite inside. She asked for purple and gold and wanted an old world feel, so we sealed the enclosure with a traditional gold Sealing Wax marked with the initial “K”.
It was a pleasure to contribute to Kimberly’s Sweet Sixteen and we hope her party was everything her and her mom hoped for.
